Outdoor events are one of our favourite types of events be it a small marquee or a big open air concert. Coming from an outdoor back ground we aim to be very practical in our way of working on these events and try and work with the land to make the event work well in its enviroment.
These events require the most detailed event planning due to having to set up the venue from an open field in to a area fit to hold hundreds if not thouands of people. You have to deal with licensing, site plans, risk assessments etc and deal with all the official bodies who are involved in outdoor events such as the police and licensing officers. Again we can provide you with full or part service be it just site design, sound and lighting, fireworks, bands or stages, health and safety and event risk assessment, licence applications, security or the whole lot.
Small private outdoor events don't need go though all of this, but there may be areas that need looking into, for example if you want a bar it may need to be licensed and it is always a good idea to have a plan on how your event will run on the day and an event manager can do all this at low cost, saving you the stress and not enjoying your own event.
